Question : I purchased an e-book but I didn't receive my code
Answer:

In the days that follow your purchase, as soon as we receive the code from the publisher, an email will be sent to you with TWO attachments. In the first one, your invoice and code, in the second one, the instructions for logging in to the publisher's platform.


Question : Do you sell used books?
Answer:

No. All the books we sell are new. We don't buy used books either.

Question : I want to take the DELE (Diploma de español lengua extranjera) What do I need to do?
Answer:

We have all the materials you need to prepare for the exams. You can also visit the Aula Virtual Cervantes to do a screening test to see which level you should take.

Question : Are there special discounts?
Answer:

Las Americas has exclusive distribution with several publishers and we offer some discounts on this material for certain clients: if you are a Spanish teacher, a school, CEGEP, university or bookstore please contact our customer service.

Question : If you don’t have the book I’m looking for, can you order it for me?
Answer:

Las Americas makes every effort to search and locate the books you need, however we can’t assure a precise delivery time nor the exact price until the book arrives to Montreal. The delivery times depend on the availability with the publisher and of our regular orders. Las Americas does not order single copies, we must group them with our general order.

In most special orders we require a $10 dollar deposit.
